With Free Value shipping your order will be sent out with-in 2 business days with ground service (3-7 business days). If you select an expedite shipping, your order will be sent out in just 1 business day with expedited shipping (1-3 business days). We do offer free local pickup; please note that we still require up to 2 business days to process the order. Once completed we will call when the order is ready for pickup.
All our computers and laptops come with a 90-Day limited warranty. During the first 30-Days all parts, labor, tech support, and shipping via a pre-paid shipping label (no pickup option available) is fully covered. This warranty only covers hardware related issues; software issues due in part to Viruses and user changed settings are not covered. After 30-Days but up to 90-Days we provide the same service except you are responsible for shipping us the unit.
No warranty or guarantee of duration on laptop batteries, these are tested for functionality but not longevity.
All parts/accessories/monitors ordered come with just the standard 30-Day full warranty.
Any missing items or items not as described must be reported with-in 14 days upon receipt of item. After 14 days we will not be able assist with these issues.
Unauthorized repair attempts or upgrades will void any and all warranty. If you wish to upgrade your unit please contact us first.
This Warranty is valid only within the 49 continental United States and is not transferable.
Data recovery is not included under this Warranty and we are not responsible for data that may be lost or damage during transit or repair.
We handle all returns with-in 2 business days.
With-in 30-Days you are allowed to return an item for a refund. Under this instance you are required to pay for safe shipping of the item back to us and a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
Any new sealed item returned “opened” will be charged an additional 20% restocking fee. To avoid this fee any new item must be returned still factory sealed.
You must retain and ship item back in same box/packaging it arrived in.
If you refuse a package or after the third attempt the package is sent back; we will have to charge an additional 10% restocking fee to cover return shipping costs.
We do not make money on returns, the above fees cover high shipping costs, our new boxes and packaging, and labor to full-fill the order. By requesting a return for a refund you agree to those fees.
Absolutely no refunds after 30 days.
Each item will be fully inspected upon arrival, any item found with the security seal broken, parts missing, or we find the issue aroused from a Virus or other user use damage will be charged a larger restocking fee.
Damage during Delivery:
We have no control over how the shipping company handles each package. We do our best to package to eliminate damages. If your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will need pictures of the damage. We handle all claims and will email you a pre-paid shipping label so you can send us the unit back at no cost to you. Once we have the unit back, we will have another immediately sent out.

We are based out of Oklahoma; any orders with a deliver to Oklahoma address will be charged appropriate sales tax.
